ALL FORCE tournament hotels listed below are STAY TO PLAY tournaments. This means you are required to book a hotel for the tournament through the links listed below (unless it specifies otherwise on the tournament listing below).

****When booking below through AES, after you “CLICK HERE TO BOOK ROOM” and enter the email and reservation ID listed, you must click the quick link titled “ROOMING LIST” at the top of the screen to secure a room. Then you may click the first open room listed and it will take you to the reservation and booking screen to enter your credit card number****

If you are a 14-18 Darkside or National team, please pay attention to the following:
- Book a hotel for the Texas Fest in the appropriate block for your specific age group (info listed below). If your team DOES qualify for the ToT/TCS in January, at that time housing will re-assign us blocks downtown for your team since the ToT/TCS stop is being held at the Convention Center and will assist in getting your block switched from the Texas Fest hotel in the corresponding towns to the ToT/TCS blocks downtown Dallas.
- Additionally, IF your team qualifies for the ToT/TCS, we will be assigned room blocks for the ToT/TCS finals in Austin on 2/29-3/1. At that point in time, I will be sending that booking information out to parents/teams who did qualify. That info is currently TBA until we know who has qualified for the ToT/TCS.
Every tournament listing below where the housing is listed as “TBA”, Jamie or Emily will send out via email once we have it posted and ready for parents to book that way you don’t miss out on it! We will also make sure it is updated on your individual team page.

2/8-9 – Tour of Texas/Texas Championship Series Stop #1 Dallas (Convention Center) / Texas Fest (Plano, Carrollton, or Frisco)(14DS, 14N,15DS, 15N, 16DS, 16N, 17DS, 17N, 18DS, 18N)

Hotel info for ToT/TCS is TBA to parents upon each team’s qualification for ToT/TCS. Once a team qualifies for this tournaments series, all rooms booked for your team under TEXAS FEST will be transferred to a downtown hotel for TOT/TCS (TOT/TCS tourney venue will be the Convention Center, downtown Dallas).

ALL Tour of Texas/Texas Championship Series age groups will be at the convention center in downtown Dallas
