8 WEEK SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM
***Program utilizes proven but unexploited methods to performance based injury prevention!***
Join us as the first club in san antonio
to experience this type of training!
When: June 4th — July 25th
***3 sessions per week—Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday***
Where: Force Sports Center (11803 Starcrest)
Price: $250 for the 8 weeks OR $20 per session walk up
Training session will rotate on a 3-day cycle in a 2- week period
Day 1 Lateral Movement
Day 2 Change of Direction
Day 3 Linear Movement- Vertical Force Production and Absorption
- Each training session will incorporate a total body focus with specific body positions that correlate to the focus of the day.
- Each training session will incorporate energy system training specific to volleyball.
- Each training session will incorporate team building, competitions, and character development.
Week 1-2 – Body Weight Mechanics and Movement Patterns.
Weeks 3-4 – Incorporating Various loads- bands, medicine balls, weights, and movement pattern phase 2.
Weeks 5-8 – Energy System Training, movement pattern competition phase, and putting newly acquired mechanics to work.
