A process that works

The recruiting process can start as early as age 15 for athletes looking to compete at top colleges, but all athletes are heavily engaged in the process by 17. So we start preparing our players at age 15 to think about what they want to do, and we educate and remind them as they continue to age up.

Seminars

Twice a year we host recruiting seminars and meet with individual teams to talk about what players need to be doing to go where they want to go.

Meetings

We offer unlimited meetings and personal help at every stage of the process for every player in our massive FORCE family.

Phone calls

Our full time staff allows us to field phone calls all day long Monday through Friday. Not just between parents and players - but also college coaches.

Emails

We send resources to show tips on how to write emails to college coaches, and we remind players to email their coaches and copy us in.

College Camp

Every Summer we host a large camp for our players to gain necessary college coach training and exposure.

College Combine

We offer one combine every January for our players to gain even more college coach training and exposure.

Livestream Practices

We offer the ability for college coaches to view our players during practices and training.
