Erin Morgal

Erin Morgal began her coaching journey with Force in 2010 during its inaugural season and now serves full-time as the Director of Recruiting and Assistant Business Manager. Her coaching background includes leading high school varsity programs at Southwest and Stevens High Schools in San Antonio, where she oversaw volleyball development for athletes from 7th–12th grade.

Before moving to San Antonio, Erin gained collegiate coaching experience as an Assistant Coach at both The University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University, following an accomplished playing career at OCU.

As a standout setter at OCU, Erin earned numerous conference and regional awards and still holds several school records, including:
1st in Assists in a Season (1,721)
1st-4th in Assists per Match (69, 65, 63, 63)
2nd in Career Assists (4,035)
While in Oklahoma, she also served as Head Coach and Private Lesson Coach for Oklahoma Peak Performance Volleyball Club (2007–2010).

A Texas native, Erin attended Round Rock HS, RR McNeil HS, and graduated from Victoria Memorial High School in 2004. In her Senior Year, Erin was awarded First Team All-District, First Team All-Regional and First Team All-State Honors.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and an Associate’s Degree in Science from North Central Texas College.

She has been married to her husband, Matt Morgal, for 13 years. Together they have a 10-year-old son, Maxwell, and two French Bulldogs, Bogey and Birdie.
