Katie Adams

Coach Katie Adams is a San Antonio native. Her love of volleyball began when she started playing in the
fourth grade. She was a 3yr letterman at Taft High School and also played club for Alamo at the national level for three years winning several bids to JO’s. After injuries her sophomore and senior year, she choose to continue to play in women's leagues while in college. Naturally, her passion for the game has guided her to want to coach. She began coaching at the club level during the 2012/2013 season developing the 12 and under players in skill, confidence, life lessons, and motivation as well as building lifelong friendships. Coach Katie keeps in touch with former club, high school and league coaches and teammates displaying that the bond of a team can go a long way!
She currently works for SWBC Mortgage and has a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from UTSA.

Years coaching: Began 2012/2013 season, coaching national teams, directing skills clinics and tournaments.
Years with SA Force: This is Coach Katie’s 1 st season coaching with Force but has assisted with running
tournaments for SA Force since the 2016/2017 season.
